These terms apply when you visit ravemenu.com or use RaveMenu services and demonstrations. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use RaveMenu for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RaveMenu is a Seapane product for creating, managing and sharing digital profile menus. The website includes product descriptions, pricing information and demonstrations. Features shown in a demonstration may not yet be available as a live service.

Keep your contact and access details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

The current Manager and account screens are previews. Changes made in them are saved in your browser and do not create a live account, invite real team members, or publish a business profile menu.

You keep your rights to the text, photographs, logos and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content and for ensuring menu information is accurate, including prices, availability, ingredients and allergen information.

When you use a live service to create or publish content, you give RaveMenu permission to host, copy, format and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You can remove content from the service, subject to backup cycles and records we must keep by law.

Do not upload or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or that exposes another person's private information without permission. Public menu links are intended for sharing, so do not put confidential information in content you choose to publish.

Use RaveMenu lawfully and do not interfere with its operation. You must not probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another person's rights. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate steps to protect the service and its users.

Plan descriptions and prices on the website are for information and may change before a plan is purchased. No payment is taken through the current website demonstrations. Before a paid service is available, the applicable price, billing period, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown to you and will form part of the agreement for that purchase.

If a free trial or introductory offer is made available, its duration, eligibility and any conversion to a paid plan will be explained before you sign up. You will not be charged through the demo or preview experiences.

We work to keep RaveMenu useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material changes to an active paid service.

RaveMenu may link to third-party websites or depend on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

RaveMenu and its licensors own the platform, software, design, branding and materials we provide, excluding content you or other users own. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these terms. You may not copy, modify, resell or create a competing service from our materials except where the law permits or we agree in writing.

You may stop using the website or a preview at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or where we stop providing the relevant service. For an active paid service, any additional termination rights and resulting charges or refunds will be governed by the terms shown when you purchase it and applicable law.

The website and previews are provided for general information and evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided without a guarantee that they will always be available, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a preview. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria, without limiting any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

We may update these terms as RaveMenu develops. The date at the top shows when the current version was last updated. If you continue to use the service after revised terms take effect, the revised terms apply to that continued use, subject to applicable law.
